What Science Says

So, there’s this thing in everyone’s brain called myelin. It’s a fatty substance that surrounds neurons. It’s super important for the fast and efficient transmission of electrical signals in the brain, and it also helps connect the left and right hemispheres. By boosting myelin levels, we automatically ramp up brain activity. And that means faster thinking and problem-solving.

We hope you’ve already heard somewhere about the beneficial features of meditation? How it literally cleanses the brain from overexertion and allows you to enjoy life more. Why? Among other reasons, thanks to the myelin that is produced during it!

So where do you get this myelin if meditation just doesn’t work for you? It turns out that the flickering light, which we use in our event, promotes its production.

Now, about the gongs.

Gongs are one of the most powerful sound therapy tools, effectively inducing a trance-like state in individuals. This effect is due to the nature of the gong as an idiophone, capable of producing what is known as natural white noise. This noise encompasses a broad spectrum of harmonic overtones and subtle, high-frequency side tones that are barely perceptible, accompanying the main tone. Vibrating in a range close to 4–7 hertz, these frequencies lead to the emergence of binaural beats, opening the doors to the subconscious. This process synchronizes the brain hemispheres, harmonizes the state of mind, and increases the production of happiness hormones (serotonin, dopamine, and endorphin). Additionally, it triggers processes of self-regulation, cleansing, and cellular-level restoration in the body.

So, an intense brain won’t stop itself, but flickering light and the sounds of a gong easily will!

We guide you into a state of relaxation where stress, caused by external issues and, of course, the complexity of the task itself, recedes into the background. Old thinking patterns weaken their grip, making room for new formations from freshly emerging insights. People in a relaxed state enter a highly empathetic (akin to a friendly) state of closeness. They are more willing to listen to each other and absorb information more deeply, integrating it with their own thoughts. Such connections at the level of ideas and thoughts allow for the formation of a more holistic vision, both of the problem at hand and its possible solutions. Essentially, in a state of relaxation, people merge their thinking into one – a much more powerful whole. In this state of almost collective thinking, which works better than any group call, ideas of a completely different level are formed, penetrating the observer level of the problem and gaining the ability to encompass a more expansive consciousness of the solution formed by collective efforts.

How it works

  • Initial Phase: The session begins with a series of breathing exercises to prepare the mind and body.
  • Stimulation Process: People sit on the floor, with two gongs placed in front of them. Around them are large LED lamps, positioned opposite and to the sides. After a breathing exercise, participants simply need to relax in a seated position and close their eyes. The gongs gradually increase their sound, reaching a peak in volume. The sound will flicker intensely, which your brain will perceive even with closed eyes. For about 20-30 minutes, a powerful stream of light and sound will flood over your brain, until eventually, it “surrenders” and loosens its grip, leading you into a state of relaxation and growing harmony.
  • Brainstorming: After the relaxation process, we gather in a circle, and a coach-guided session of collective work begins. During this time, we focus on the specific issue that you, as a group, have brought with you.

We bring people closer together in teams

Stress often leads to people operating on low internal resources, making it challenging for them to show understanding and empathy towards each other. It frequently results in self-centered behavior, where individuals are more concerned with their own careers and financial well-being rather than solving common tasks.

At our event, the entire group undergoes synchronous deep relaxation, which naturally enables them to enter a more fulfilled state and see each other in a new light. In this state of closeness and internal joy, it’s highly beneficial to engage in light team games or discussions about internal interactions. This fosters the modeling of personal and professional interactions in an environment of mutual understanding and trust. Our role is to provide the right conditions, guide interactions (through a coach-facilitator), and allow participants to cement this experience in their memory.
