Raise your company vibe

“Raise Your Company Vibe” — is our program to improve the workplace atmosphere, a so-called “Company vibe”. We go further than typically modern companies do with their team-building events and activities. We touch a new dimension of the quality of the company as a whole by empowering its connecting nodes — middle management. We know from experience that a truly flat organisation led by self-confident and empathetic managers results in a very “tasty workplace”.

So, in our program, we focus on the personal transformation of the managers at all levels of a company and across all its segments. We believe it’s key to creating a positive work environment and a high level of employee motivation. This task must be approached holistically, by developing deep human relationships.

The program is designed for middle management who are responsible for leading teams and are the key to creating a flat organisation. In order to achieve the goal of the product they need to be able to communicate effectively with their team members and work with them on equal terms, without high-handedness or pressure. However, before they can do this, they must develop themselves as individuals and shed any destructive communication patterns.

To achieve this, we developed a program that is based on neuroscience. The tools and methods we use include sound therapy, creative workshops, biohacking supplements, innovative devices, mindfulness and yoga practices. These activities help participants develop their neuroplasticity and neurogenesis which results in growing creativity, intuition, and leadership skills.

Research has shown that engaging in creative activities can enhance problem-solving skills, increase empathy and communication, and promote innovative thinking. In addition, practising yoga and sound therapy can help reduce stress, anxiety, and depression, leading to a more positive outlook and improved mental health.
